Yves Ngu

Yves Ngu, PhD, PMP, is a Senior Manager and Deputy Director of RF Device Engineering at GlobalFoundries, leading the RF GaN Device Engineering Team since July 2015. Ngu has extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams for digital transformation initiatives, portfolio lifecycle management, and technology development, focusing on market needs and technology gap identification. Prior roles at GlobalFoundries included Senior Member of Technical Staff and Device Engineer, as well as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Vermont. Ngu's previous experience includes senior device engineering at IBM and research assistance at the Army Research Laboratory. Ngu holds a PhD from the University of Maryland, an MS from Stanford University, and a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
