Mike Leveille

Mike LeVeille has over 10 years of experience in software development and engineering. Mike is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at Globalization Partners since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DEPT® as a Principal Software Engineer from March 2021 to July 2022 and as a Senior Software Developer from March 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining DEPT®, Mike served as a Lead Software Engineer at CNI Corporation from September 2013 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for gathering requirements, designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications and services using Java EE, Hibernate, SQL, GWT, and JavaScript. Mike also mentored junior developers and managed a distributed team.

From August 2011 to December 2013, Mike worked as a Software Developer at the University of New Hampshire - Space Science Center. In this position, they focused on GPU and HPC programming for EMMREM, utilizing C, C++, MPI, and CUDA. Mike optimized algorithms for inter-node communication and identified bottlenecks in physics simulations of the Sun.

Mike's earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at CNI Corporation from May 2009 to August 2011 and as a PAC Consultant at the University of New Hampshire from October 2009 to May 2010.
