Nandan Ganeyan

Nandan Ganeyan is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment operations, currently serving as the AVP of Talent Acquisition at GlobalLogic since February 2011. Previously, Nandan held the position of Director at RiseSmart Inc., where contributions included the development and launch of a new RPO service offering. As Director of Client Engagement at RPOworldwide, Nandan managed project implementation and delivery of offshore RPO projects, leading to the company receiving the "2008 RPO Relationship of the Year" award. Earlier career experiences include serving as Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations at Mastech Inc., where oversight of a global recruiting team was key, and Head of Recruiting Operations & Resource Management at Mastech Asia Pacific P/L in Sydney. Nandan holds a BE in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University and a PGDM in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
