Fabian Drăghia

Fabian Drăghia has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Fabian currently works at GlobalStep as a Senior QA Team Lead since January 2023, after being a QA Team Lead from January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Amber as a QA Team Lead from July 2020 to January 2022. In this role, they coordinated around 15 different Console/PC projects and was responsible for hardware allocation, communication between QA and Development, and other project management tasks. Before Amber, Fabian worked at Ubisoft as an Experienced Quality Assurance Tester from June 2018 to August 2019, where they created daily reports, administrative Excel files, and tracked build downloads. Fabian also has experience as a Quality Assurance Tester at Electronic Arts (EA) from November 2017 to May 2018, where they submitted issues and performed coverage tasks. Additionally, they served as an Order Support Agent at CGS (Computer Generated Solutions) for Sprint in September and October 2017, and as a Management Information System Intern at Ford Motor Company in May and June 2017.

Fabian Drăghia completed their undergraduate education from 2015 to 2018 at the Faculty of Economy and Business Administration, where they studied economic informatics. Prior to that, they attended Colegiul National "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" from 2011 to 2015, where they graduated with a focus in social sciences.
