Joanna Moore

Joanna Moore is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as an Associate Customer Success Director at GWI since November 2021, having progressed through roles including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager within the same company. Prior to GWI, Joanna held the position of Customer Success Manager and Project Manager at Mapp Digital from July 2018 to November 2021, and earlier worked as a Saturday Receptionist at Portico Property. Joanna also has experience in project management as a Project Management Assistant at Mapp Digital and customer service experience as a Cake Decorator at Costco Wholesale. Joanna's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management (Accounting) from Brunel University London and A levels from Richmond upon Thames College.
