He counts with an extensive international experience across the globe managing businesses in complex and volatile environments. Has held top leadership positions at many Fortune 50 companies and start-ups.

With more than 25 years of corporate experience in the automotive industry. He continues focus on value creation across global markets. Former Chairman and CEO of Nissan North America and Latin America, one of the few Latin Americans to have overseen hemisphere operations. Also held multiple Senior positions at General Motors.

Proven strong and consistent performance in value creation, P&L management, brand-building, retail network development and operational excellence. Known for building high-performance teams and leading them to historic revenues and market share records, through both an inspirational and strong entrepreneurial leadership style.

Valls was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1967, counts with Major in Business Management and CPA from the Universidad Catolica Argentina and he has also completed Executive Management Programs in International Business Management and Marketing from the University of California Berkeley. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
