Matthew Dawson

Matthew Dawson, M.Ed., currently serves as the Senior Director of Recruiting at Globe Life since December 2023. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at American Income Life Insurance Company from February 2015 to December 2023, including Regional Sales Director and Master General Agent. Earlier in his career, Matthew worked in education as a High School Social Studies Teacher at Painesville Township Local Schools from August 2008 to February 2015. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Mount Union and a Master of Education from Cleveland State University.
