Scott Downs

Scott Downs is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Service Management at Globe Life since March 2023. Prior roles include Account IT Service Management at Unisys, IT Service Manager at DaVita, and Executive Consultant at G2G3 Americas. Scott has a strong background in ITIL-based processes, having led service improvement initiatives at Dell and managed ITIL processes at Perot Systems Corporation in support of healthcare organizations. Additionally, Scott has academic credentials in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University, where a BS with honors was earned. Prior military experience includes a role as an Instructor and Division Director at the US Navy's Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
