Marek Godala is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in strategic roles at Globema since March 2003, currently serving as CIO and Director of IT Strategy and Technical Support. Marek has a proven track record in defining and executing IT strategies, overseeing cloud solutions architecture, and implementing security protocols across customized projects, while managing over 40 SLA-based contracts. Previous roles included CIO and IT and Controlling Director, focusing on business development and managerial controlling, and earlier positions in technical support, quality assurance, and project management. Marek holds a Master of Business Administration from ESG-UQAM and a PhD in Automation of Heavy Machinery from Warsaw University of Technology, complemented by postgraduate studies in Effective IT Management and IT Governance.
