With a background that includes project management for the Chicago Housing Authority and leadership positions within the Chicago Department of Water Management, Jeffrey's expertise encompasses water purification, construction management for public schools, and mechanical system design for infrastructure projects. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with additional training from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and DePaul University.
