Erika Noll Webb

Erika Noll Webb, Ph.D., serves as the Head of UX and AI development at Globig, overseeing the evolution of the Globig AI Platform since February 2024. Prior to this role, Erika held positions including UX Research Lead at ServiceNow and Senior Manager of Research at Docker, Inc., where Erika developed user research programs for various Docker products. Erika’s extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Twilio Inc., NetApp SolidFire, AQUENT, Exponent, and Oracle, where Erika managed international teams, executed research and design initiatives, and organized global innovation events. Erika holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuropsychology and a Master's in Visual Neurophysiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
