Patti Rossman

Patti Rossman is the President and Principal Consultant at Globiox, a company founded to deliver innovative consulting services to the Life Science industry, where engagement focuses on addressing common challenges such as poor project management and inadequate expertise in compliance and validation. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President at PSC Biotech, where leadership in validation business and the establishment of a clinical division were highlighted, and Director of Quality at Labcorp (Esoterix), overseeing Quality Assurance and audit functions. As a co-founder of the Life Science Women’s Conference, Patti fosters connections and growth among women in the life sciences. Additional expertise encompasses GxP services through EnCore Projects and significant contributions to the American Red Cross and Abbott Laboratories in blood testing and IVD R&D. Educational qualifications include a BS in Medical Technology and a certification in Software Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
