Mr. Gill is an enterprising leader, bringing a strong track record of over 30 years of progressive experience in planning and executing strategies leading to augmented organizational efficiency and top and bottom line growth in the FMCG industry in India and abroad. While he served as the President & CEO at Allied Blenders & Distillers Ltd. (ABD), he led the most successful launch in the Indian market in recent years with Sterling Reserve, clocking a 7% AI market share in 2 years. Prior to ABD, he was President - All India Operations, at Diageo India.
A Fulbright Fellow from the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Mr. Gill has also successfully rejuvenated declining operations and derived substantial benefits through tactical negotiations, influencing change, optimizing costs and productivity, and managing budgets, HR, and administrative functions effectively.
Mr. Gill holds a Master of Philosophy degree from the Stellenbosch University, along with professional certifications from the Institute of Marketing Management (Johannesburg, SA), Harvard Business School, Carnegie Bosch Institute, and the Tepper School of Business. When he’s not working, Mr. Gill can be found exploring different cuisines and taking short, spur-of-the-moment trips with his family.

The Company operates through the Industrial and Potable Alcohol business segment. The Company's IMIL brands include Nimboo, Ghoomar, Heer Ranjha and Narangi. Its IMFL brands include Country Club, French Castle, Hannibal Legendary and White Lace. The Company offers IMFL bottling services to various brands, including Bagpiper Whisky, Moghul Monarch, Derby Special and Officer's Choice Whisky.
