In 1986, Mr. Malik joined Globus in the capacity of a Quality Control superintendent. He has been with the company ever since, having served as the GM at the Globus Spirits plant in Behror. Under his leadership, the plant’s capacity increased from 5,000 cases a day to approximately 40,000 cases a day.
Under his leadership, Globus Spirits has also become the #1 manufacturer of value liquor in Rajasthan. “We’re able to maintain the highest market share because we maintain good quality with our liquor. We treat our value liquor as a valuable product and we keep our factories neat, clean and green.”
Mr. Malik has had a long and successful career driving innovation and quality with a subsequent and steady increase in company profits. He is currently responsible for all operations in North India.

The Company operates through the Industrial and Potable Alcohol business segment. The Company's IMIL brands include Nimboo, Ghoomar, Heer Ranjha and Narangi. Its IMFL brands include Country Club, French Castle, Hannibal Legendary and White Lace. The Company offers IMFL bottling services to various brands, including Bagpiper Whisky, Moghul Monarch, Derby Special and Officer's Choice Whisky.
