Mark McCoy

Mark McCoy, PMP, currently serves as the Deployment Services Manager at GLORY since September 2019. Prior experience includes the role of Sr. Manager of Service Delivery Operations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where responsibilities included leading business analytics, solution implementation, and presenting project updates to senior leadership. Mark also acted as the Industry Solutions Manager for Insurance at Esri, focusing on market growth and software penetration. At Allstate, Mark held various roles culminating as a Program Manager, overseeing a nationwide auto product and pricing program, while also contributing as a Project Manager Team Lead and Systems Project Manager. Mark holds an educational background from the University of California, Riverside.
