Ofer Familier

Ofer Familier is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in technology and business development. As Co-Founder and CEO of Glossai Ltd. since March 2021, Ofer leads a smart video production platform that enhances content engagement for marketers and creators. Prior to this, Ofer served as General Manager of the Home Business Unit and VP of Business Development at Vayyar Imaging, where responsibilities included establishing the company’s first business unit and fostering investor relationships. Ofer began a career at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, overseeing consulting teams and client strategy development, and earlier held roles at Intel Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, focusing on product integration and software development. Ofer's foundational experience includes serving as an Information Operator in the Israeli Air Force. Ofer holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Sc. in Math & Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
