Amanda Lam

Amanda Lam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, customer experience operations, and education. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategy and CX Operations at GlossGenius since March 2024, Amanda previously worked at DoorDash as Associate Manager of CX Strategy and Operations from October 2022 to March 2024. Prior roles at Better included various positions in Corporate Development and Operations Strategy between June 2020 and October 2022. Amanda also contributed to Kode With Klossy as a Web Development Instructor and taught secondary mathematics at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools while coaching girls' soccer. Through the Teach For America program, Amanda participated in a leadership fellowship and completed a two-year teaching commitment in a Title 1 school. Amanda's early career included internships with the U.S. House of Representatives and Chiway Holding Group, as well as teaching English through Learning Enterprises. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and History from The George Washington University and has studied Chinese language and business in China.
