Lydia C.

Lydia C. is an experienced People Operations professional with a diverse background in human resources and operations. Currently serving as a People Operations Generalist at GlossGenius since January 2025, Lydia has also been a member of TroopHR since June 2022, contributing to a national HR network focused on empowering People professionals. Prior experiences include roles as a People Generalist, People Operations Associate, and People Operations Coordinator at Rho from April 2022 to January 2025, and Operations Administrator at The Bank of East Asia, Limited from January 2021 to April 2022. Additional experience encompasses leadership and administrative positions at alpha Kappa Delta Phi, International Sorority Inc., Binghamton University Public Safety, and YWCA of Queens. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Binghamton University and has participated in a study program at Korea University.
