Jill Manoff has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion industry. Jill started their career in 2004 as a Fashion Editor for ALIVE Magazine and also worked as a Fashion Director for Saint Louis Fashion Week from 2007 to 2009. In 2007, they also began working as a Fashion Stylist as a freelancer. In 2012, they joined Sears Holdings Corporation as a Sr. Copywriter for searsStyle.com and worked there until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Editor and Fashion Editor for Mode Media Corporation (formerly Glam Media). Currently, they hold the positions of Editor in Chief and Global Editorial Director for Glossy Brands, a role they have held since 2016.

Jill Manoff received their Bachelor's Degree in Management and Psychology from Webster University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
