Mark Fernandez-Ford

Mark Fernandez-Ford is an experienced professional in the field of business development and social care services. Currently serving as the Head of Adult Social Care Services and Business Development at Gloucestershire County Council since January 2021, Mark also holds the title of Program Manager. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Retail Development Manager at Wadworth and as a Business Development Manager at Greene King. Mark’s career began in the hospitality industry with positions including Operations Manager at Pizza Express, Regional Operations Manager at Rcapital, and Area Manager at The Restaurant Group plc.
