Helen Kenyon

Helen Kenyon possesses extensive experience in compliance and regulatory risk management within the financial services sector. Currently, as Head of EU and UK Compliance and MLRO at Glow Financial Services Limited, Kenyon serves as an Exco member, chairs the Risk Committee, and has implemented a global risk management framework. Prior roles include Head of Compliance at Metro Bank, where Kenyon established a compliance team and led regulatory change programmes, and Conduct Risk Leader at TSB Bank, focusing on regulatory management strategy post-financial crisis. Kenyon’s career began at the Financial Services Authority, contributing significantly to supervision and regulatory change across major retail and investment firms. Kenyon holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Liverpool.
