Haidée Klein, MCIPD, currently serves as the Head of HR - Europe at GLP Capital Partners, a position held since March 2023, following a similar role at GLP Europe from December 2017 to March 2023. In these roles, Haidée has been instrumental in the creation and implementation of HR and Reward Strategy across a pan-European platform operating in 12 countries. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at IDI Gazeley from October 2007 to December 2017, where responsibilities included leading HR services across six countries, and earlier positions at Gazeley in Business Development and Corporate Marketing.
