Yu-Chi Wang

Yu-Chi Wang serves as the School Climate Research Manager at GLSEN since June 2023, where responsibilities include leading the National School Climate Survey 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Fellow and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Boston Children's Hospital from November 2021 to October 2023, focusing on quantitative analyses related to transgender and nonbinary youth health outcomes and managing collaborative research teams. Additionally, Yu-Chi held a Research Fellow position at Harvard Medical School and worked as a Graduate Research Assistant and Project Coordinator at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Earlier experience includes positions as a Product Development Intern, Lab Manager, Teacher, Meetup Manager, and Private Tutor. Yu-Chi holds a PhD and MA in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and General Biology with an Honors Humanities Citation from the University of Maryland.
