Jane Kim

Jane Kim has a diverse work experience history. In 2017, they worked as an Office Management Intern for InterIm Community Development Association, where they managed paperwork and assisted with organizing events. In 2018, they served as the Risk Management Chairman for Kappa Kappa Gamma. In 2019, they were a Project Engineer Intern at Clark Construction, where they utilized various software tools to support construction projects. In 2020, they held the position of Vice President at the Associated General Contractors UW Student Chapter, providing resources and organizing events for students. In the same year, they also served as a Project Engineer Intern at GLY Construction, assisting with file organization and correspondence. Currently, they are a Project Engineer at GLY Construction, utilizing multiple software tools for estimating and managing projects.

Jane Kim attended Interlake Senior High School from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained their High School Diploma. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at the University of Washington in 2017 and graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management.

In addition to their formal education, Jane has also obtained various certifications to build their expertise in the field. In 2019, they became Procore Certified in multiple areas, including Engineer, Project Manager (Construction Financials), Project Manager (Core Tools), Project Manager (Field Productivity), Project Manager (Project Management), and Project Manager (Quality & Safety). Furthermore, they acquired a LEED Green Associate certification from the USGBC National Capital Region in January 2021.

More recently, Jane obtained certifications in occupational health and safety. In November 2019, they completed the 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health training from OSHA 10 Hour Training. Jane expanded their expertise in this area further in May 2022 by obtaining the 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute. Additionally, they acquired a CPR/AED/First Aid certification from Medic First Aid International, Inc. in March 2022.

Overall, Jane Kim has steadily built their educational background and acquired several valuable certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in construction management and occupational health and safety.
