Monika N. has extensive experience in the fashion industry, currently serving as an Associate Designer at Capelli Sport since April 2021. Previously, Monika held the position of Product Development Associate at Haute Affaires from June 2017 to 2019, where responsibilities included creating mood boards, sketches, spec sheets, and engaging with overseas factories for production. Monika also has experience as an intern at Elie Tahari, focusing on fabric selection and sample embellishment, as well as in a fashion internship at Lizz Creative, where skills in pattern drafting and garment construction were developed. As a self-employed Freelance Fashion Designer from February 2012 to February 2017, Monika designed and constructed collections for Indian bridal wear and evening gowns. Monika holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship from Modern Education Society's Ness Wadia College of Commerce, a Master of Commerce in Cost Accounting from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and various certifications in fashion design from Cavendish College and FAD.
