Maria Smith

Maria Smith is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in employee experience and capability advisory roles. Currently serving as a P & C Business Partner and Employee Experience Specialist at GMHBA Limited since April 2022, Maria has previously contributed as a People and Capability Advisor at Barwon Water from February 2015 to April 2022, and held positions such as HR Services Consultant at Alcoa and Training Consultant at Gordon Institute of TAFE. Maria's career began as an On Site HR Consultant at Hallis between 2002 and 2005. Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Literature from Deakin University and additional education from Victoria University.
