Shaunak Vaidya currently serves as General Manager of Business Integration at GMR Energy Limited since February 2023. Previously, Shaunak was the Director of Business Development at Refex Airports and Transportation Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included policy advocacy and identifying privatization opportunities in transportation infrastructure. As Chief Of Staff at Refex Group, Shaunak collaborated with senior leadership on strategy formulation and investment decisions. At Adani Group, roles included Associate General Manager Strategy, focusing on financial analysis and governance, and Deputy General Manager Strategy and Innovation, where Shaunak developed growth strategies for Adani Green Energy Limited. Earlier experiences span project control and management roles at Larsen & Toubro, Fluor Daniel, and Reliance. Shaunak holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
