Shatrunjay Krishna

Shatrunjay Krishna is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational design, performance management, and human resources strategy. Currently serving as Group Head of Org Design, Performance & Rewards at GMR Group since October 2019, Shatrunjay has previously held significant roles at Korn Ferry Hay Group as Senior Principal, and at Towers Watson as Director of Rewards, Talent, and Communications. Additional experience includes advisory work for the UAE Government's Ministry of Education and leadership positions at Hewitt Associates, Ernst & Young, and a summer internship at Coca-Cola Enterprises. Shatrunjay holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and has a foundational background in engineering and science from prestigious institutions including IIT Kanpur and Patna Science College.
