Olena Yaremenko is a seasoned professional in international communications and customer relations, currently serving as the Senior International Hubs Relations Manager at Global Message Services since February 2016. In this role, Olena focuses on customer relations, A2P bulk messaging services, contract management, and business development. Prior experience includes positions such as International Hubs Relations Manager and Junior Carrier Relations Manager, where Olena managed service provision, customer support, negotiations, and relations within the Ukrainian market. Earlier experience at JSC Datagroup involved contract management and document provision. Olena holds a Master’s degree in Enterprise Economics from the KROK Institute of Postgraduate Education, completed between 2004 and 2010.
