Asmit Malakannawar

Asmit Malakannawar is a Product Designer currently working at Tuist since July 2024. Additionally, Asmit serves as a Foundation Member at GNOME Foundation, contributing to the organization of global events and designing promotional materials. With experience as the first Product Designer at BIORCE, Asmit established a comprehensive design system. Previous roles include UX Intern at AsyncAPI Initiative, UI/UX Intern at Google Summer of Code, and mentoring at the Cloud Native Computing Foundation. Asmit has also led initiatives as the Google Developer Student Club Lead, authored documentation at Weaviate, and contributed content to freeCodeCamp. Asmit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Business Systems from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
