Adam Shackleton

Adam Shackleton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit and business development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Credit at Caribou since December 2021, Adam previously held the Director of Credit position at Intralox from September 2015 to August 2021, managing a significant product line strategy and achieving consistent double-digit growth. Prior to that, Adam was instrumental at Capital One, where roles included Business Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst, focusing on risk management and financial modeling for substantial annual originations. Earlier career experiences include positions at Xerox as Inventory Control Analyst and Intralox as New Product Development Intern.
