Pijus Uogintas has a long and varied work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Project Manager for GO-ERP. In 2021, they took on the role of Compliance Officer for CBI Money. In 2020, they became the Chief of Staff at Trounceflow. In 2018, they worked as a Portfolio Coordinator, Strategic Change PMO for the Office of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. In 2017, they were an Analyst, AML Compliance for Danske Bank, an Instructor Level 2, Instructor Level 1, and Assistant Instructor for the International Kiteboarding Organization - IKO, and a Branch Manager for Surf Life. In 2015, they were a Workforce Specialist and Compliance Specialist for Western Union, and a B2B Corporate Sales for Business Dynamics Events. In 2019, they became a Co-Founder of Wander Spot Explore.

Pijus Uogintas obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from ISM University of Management and Economics between 2010 and 2014. During 2013 and 2014, they also participated in an exchange programme in Business at Shantou University. In 2017, they were certified as a Kiteboarding Instructor Level 1 by the International Kiteboarding Organization - IKO. In 2018, they were certified as a Kiteboarding Instructor Level 2 by the same organization.
