Prior experience includes a role as Senior Creative Designer at CureFit and various visual design roles at Flipkart, where contributions involved leading CRM and store requirements across multiple product categories. Susan co-founded Brandframe, focusing on brand identity design and developing a design research group. Educationally, Susan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Federal Institute of Science and Technology.
