Maggie Ark

Maggie Ark is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and contract management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at GoRascal since May 2025, Maggie previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager and Manager of Better Attorney Match at Better, where oversight included U.S. recruitment across various levels and managing a real estate attorney-customer connection service. Prior roles include Program Lead for Better Attorney Match at One Zero Capital, where responsibilities encompassed providing legal services and implementing company policies, as well as roles in contract management at HarperCollins Publishers and Penguin Random House. Maggie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Miami University and completed the Columbia Publishing Course at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.
