Pauline van Heerdt is a Government Success Manager for the Netherlands at CitizenLab since January 2023, with a background in project management and Scrum implementation exemplified during a traineeship at Gemeente Lelystad. Previous experience includes service as a Second Class Soldier in the Korps Nationale Reserve, and roles in the insurance sector as a Loss Adjuster, Recourse Expert, and legal intern at Achmea. Pauline has also volunteered in human rights initiatives in Cape Town and held positions in customer service and banking. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in Civil Law and a Bachelor of Laws, both from Radboud University.
