Ben Gold

Ben Gold is a seasoned professional in the venture capital and startup ecosystem, currently serving as a Venture Partner at GoAhead Ventures since February 2025. Previously, Ben held roles at Techstars, including Manager of Investments and Investment Operations Manager, and served as a Venture Associate at Republic. Ben is a 2021 Fellow of Venture For America, which focuses on fostering entrepreneurship in American cities, and gained experience as a Startup Analyst at KITE Scouting and Operations Manager at TrueRev. Additionally, Ben worked as a Venture Scout at GoAhead Ventures and as an Investment & Operations Analyst at Novel Capital. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Operations Management & Business Analytics from the University of Maryland, earned between 2017 and 2021.
