Sarah has accumulated extensive experience in USD and RMB fund formation and PE/VC investment from her experience working at CITIC Capital in Hong Kong. Sarah started her career as an Associate Attorney at Grandall Law Firm Shanghai Office in 2011 where she practiced in the areas of private equity, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Sarah holds a Juris Doctor degree from Yeshiva University Cardoso School of Law and Master of Laws degree from University of Wisconsin Law School in the US and a Bachelor of Laws degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai, China.
