Konstantinos (Costa) Xynos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Konstantinos (Costa) began their career as a Web Copywriter at www.kozis.com in 2013. Konstantinos (Costa) then worked as a Web Copywriter at www.luvnroll.com for a short period in 2015. In the same year, they also interned as a Product Development Intern at Simply Fruit Juices.

In 2015, Konstantinos joined the Hellenic Army as an Infantry Soldier, where they served until 2016. Following their military service, they worked as a Waiter at Kozi's Meet 'n Eat from 2010 to 2015.

In 2016, Konstantinos took on the role of a Web Copywriter at www.sasis.co for a short duration. Konstantinos (Costa) then joined GoCardless in 2017 as a Sales Graduate, where they started their journey with the company. Over the years, they took on various roles within GoCardless, including Customer Onboarding Manager, Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager, Manager, Corporate Customer Implementation, and currently holds the position of Manager II, Customer Implementation as of November 2022.

Throughout their career, Konstantinos has gained experience in customer implementation, onboarding, sales, web copywriting, product development, and serving in the military.

Konstantinos (Costa) Xynos has a diverse education history, spanning multiple institutions and fields of study. In 2009, they began their undergraduate studies at Athens University of Economics and Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics in 2015.

During their time at Athens University, in 2014, Costa also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a short-term course on Consumer Behaviour - Behavioural Fundamentals for Marketing and Management. Additionally, they attended LSE in 2012 for a course on Strategic Management and Competitive Strategy and Game Theory, and in 2011 for a course on Behaviour in Organisations and Management, Entrepreneurship, and Global Leadership.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Costa pursued further education at Alliance Manchester Business School. From 2016 to 2017, they were enrolled in their Master of Science (MSc) program, specializing in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship.

Outside of their formal education, Costa also has a background in music. Konstantinos (Costa) received training in various aspects of music at the Conservatory of Classic and Contemporary Music, including Harmony, Morphology, History of Music, Choir, Music Theory, Piano Performance, and Counterpoint. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Theory of Music and Piano Performance from Trinity College London.

Finally, Costa has obtained certifications in English proficiency. In 2006, they received a Certificate of Proficiency in English from The University of Michigan. A year later, they earned another Certificate of Proficiency in English with a grade "A" from the University of Cambridge.
