Allie Hassara

Allie Hassara is a seasoned professional in people operations with extensive experience in talent acquisition and development. Currently serving as the Lead People Operations Partner at Catalant Technologies since January 2019, Allie has advanced through various roles within the company, including Senior and People Operations Partner. Prior to Catalant, Allie took a travel sabbatical after working as a Research Associate at Korn Ferry, where contributions included supporting executive search projects and business development efforts. Additional experience includes a role at CTPartners and an internship with Strong Women, Strong Girls. Allie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina and has a minor in English.
