Samir Shah is an experienced professional with a strong background in process improvement, digital transformation, and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Delivery Manager for Digital Transformation at Go City®, Samir leads the transition to modern digital customer support channels using analytics and AI. Previous roles include Process Improvement Project Manager at Capital Group, Head of Automation at Fly Now Pay Later, and Change Management Consultant positions at Lloyds Banking Group and HSBC. Samir's earlier experience includes Six Sigma roles at Bechtel Corporation and Bantrel, along with engineering positions in various companies. Samir holds a Master's in Business Administration from IE Business School and multiple degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
