Zach West

Zach West is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in revenue operations, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Operations at GoCo.io, Inc. since April 2024. At GoCo.io, Zach leads the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success operations to enhance efficiency and growth. Previously, as the Revenue Operations Team Lead at Aptitude 8, Zach managed a consulting team and delivered significant projects, including the company’s largest project that generated approximately $700K in revenue. Zach also held pivotal roles at Sellerant, Kris Lindahl Real Estate, and Pathfinder/LL&D Insurance Group, demonstrating expertise in strategic technology implementation, client relations, and operational management. Zach holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Baccalaureate of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Colorado Boulder.
