Ben Schmidlin

Ben Schmidlin currently serves as Vice President of Retail Sales at Crisp, beginning in March 2025. Prior to this role, Ben was VP of Growth at Shelf Engine from August 2020 to March 2025, leading a team responsible for significant revenue growth. Ben held several positions at Robert Rothschild Farm from September 2019 to March 2020, including VP of Sales and Marketing, where responsibilities included managing major retail relationships and spearheading a brand transition. Experience also includes roles at David Evans Foods, ITO EN (North America) INC., RB, Daymon Worldwide, Nielsen, Edelman Berland, and DePaul University's Athletic Department. Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Dayton and an MBA in Brand Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
