Damian Silbergleith

Damian Silbergleith, MBA, has a diverse work experience background. Damian currently works at GoDaddy as a Principal Software Engineer in the Cloud Governance team, where they lead architecture discussions, designs and implements tools and policies, and represents Governance to leadership.

Prior to that, Damian worked at GoDaddy as a Senior Software Engineer in the Cloud Platform Solutions team, where they focused on scalability, reliability, performance, and cost.

Before their roles at GoDaddy, Damian was the Owner and creator of Spaffnerds.com, an online community for fans of the band Spafford. Damian also worked as a Lead Software Architect at Appeagle, a Saas startup, where they led the design of all software and raised the quality of their products. Damian also had experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Jordan & Jordan, a Wall Street FinTech Consulting firm, and Ridgewood Energy, a private equity firm.

Damian'scareer began at The Information Refinery, where they started as an intern and eventually became the CTO. In this role, Damian led all things tech and played a key role in refining business goals, defining projects, and leading engineering efforts.

Damian Silbergleith holds an impressive education history. Damian earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business from Ramapo College of New Jersey, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science from the same institution, which they pursued from 1999 to 2003.

In addition to their academic achievements, Damian Silbergleith has obtained two significant certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Damian became an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate in November 2020 and previously obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification in December 2019.
