Kristy Lilas

Kristy Lilas serves as the Head/Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at GoDaddy since April 2022, where responsibilities include developing and executing the global DEIB strategy and integrating DEIB priorities into business processes. Prior experience at Cengage from March 2016 to April 2022 encompassed roles such as Senior Director of Inclusion & Diversity, where Kristy drove a cross-functional program for inclusion and diversity, and Co-Head of House at the Boston Office, focusing on office culture and employee engagement. Kristy co-founded the Cengage PRIDE Employee Resource Group and has held various directorial positions overseeing project management and technology solutions. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in English from Vassar College and additional studies at the School for International Training and NYU.
