Role Overview: As a Senior Software Developer at Flexio, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that revolutionize the logistics and supply chain industry. You will work collaboratively with a team of talented engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to build scalable and reliable systems that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and functionalities.
• Implement robust, secure, and scalable APIs and services.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems by identifying and resolving issues, optimizing performance, and enhancing functionality.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in software development and logistics technology.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Lead the integration of advanced technologies like AI, machine learning, and IoT into our logistics solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in [specific programming languages relevant to the company, e.g., Java, Python, C#].
• Proven experience with front-end and back-end development.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
