Outi Määttä has a diverse work experience, starting as a research trainee at Kemira in 2007. Outi later worked as a teacher before moving on to roles in marketing and business development at WinWinD Oy and EY. In 2018, they became a board member at Mothers in Business MiB ry. Currently, they hold multiple roles at Gofore, including Head of Strategic Accounts in Intelligent Industry and a co-founder and Chairman of the Board at Päiväkoti Murut Oy.
Outi Määttä obtained their Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Oulu in 2009, with a focus on Industrial Engineering and Management, Process Engineering, Economics, and Languages. In 2008, they also studied Industrial Engineering and French at Université de Technologie de Troyes, and in 2006, they studied Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, and Marketing at Montana State University-Bozeman.
