Ania Truszkowska has accumulated extensive experience in performance marketing and HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist at GOG since June 2019, Ania has progressed through multiple roles including Performance Marketing Lead and Performance Marketing Specialist, focusing on digital campaign management across various platforms. Prior experience includes positions as a Programmatic Trader at Affiperf and a Programmatic & Social Specialist at LVL UP MEDIA, where Ania specialized in ad trafficking and dynamic creatives. Earlier roles in HR, including Junior Programmatic & Social Planner and HR & Payroll Specialist at Saatchi & Saatchi, involved payroll management, employee documentation, and implementing systems for personnel data. Ania holds an engineering degree in Urban Planning from Wyższa Szkoła Infrastruktury i Zarządzania w Warszawie.
