Jonathan Chen

Jonathan Chen is an experienced Quality Engineer with a strong background in quality management and engineering. Currently at GCM since July 2019, Jonathan creates and presents monthly Management Reviews and customer semi-annual Quality Reviews while also managing non-conformance (NC) dispositions. Prior experience includes a role at Celestica from June 2016 to July 2019, where Jonathan managed the Material Review Board (MRB) and implemented containment plans. Additionally, Jonathan demonstrated leadership as Suspension Lead for Team Savage at Formula Society of Automotive Engineering (FSAE), overseeing the design and testing of race car suspension systems. Jonathan also contributed as a Carbon Fiber Motor Mount Manufacturer for Design, Build, Fly (DBF) and interned in the Department of Material Science and Engineering at National Cheng Kung University, focusing on electrochemical performance in fuel cells. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine, earned from 2013 to 2016.
