Steven Lam has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Steven is currently the Co-founder and CEO of GOGOX, a logistics booking mobile app that is popular and expanding rapidly across Southeast Asia and China. Prior to this, they worked as a Community Manager at Purpella. Steven also gained experience as an Analyst/Global Wealth Management Intern at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and as a POWERSELLER at eBay. Steven has also held leadership roles as the President of the Associate Student of Diablo Valley College. Steven has interned at the U.S. House of Representatives and served as a Young Envoy at UNICEF. In addition, they were recognized as a Future Leader of Hong Kong by the Hong Kong Commerce, Industry, and Technology Bureau.

Steven Lam began their education at Hang Seng School of Commerce in 2004, where they pursued an Advanced Level degree in Business Administration. After completing their studies there in 2005, they went on to attend Diablo Valley College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Junior Transfer degree in Business Administration. Following this, they enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2008. There, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Global Management in 2010. As part of their undergraduate studies, Steven Lam also participated in an exchange program at Fudan University in 2009, allowing him to explore Global Management and International Economics in an international setting.
