Araba A.

Araba A. has extensive experience in leadership and product management within the technology and health sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff to the CEO at GoHealth since December 2021, Araba previously held multiple roles at Allstate from May 2016 to December 2021, including Vice President of Product Management and Director of Innovation. Key responsibilities included the development and launch of innovative products and digital strategies for Allstate. Earlier experience includes managerial and strategic roles at Outcome Health, CVS Health, and Bain & Company. Araba holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and Global Health and Health Policy from Harvard University, further education in Design-Driven Innovation from the Institute of Design, and a degree in Leading with Analytics from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
